Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

We only have products for sale that we have on hand, in stock, and ready to ship.  Orders ship within one business day via Standard Shipping and take two to four business days to arrive.  UPS Second or Next Day deliveries coincide with those delivery times from UPS.  International orders generally take five to ten business days to arrive.

We strive to provide quick shipping, and most orders will leave here within one business (orders received before 1:30 PM Central time will ship that same day).

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship out of De Kalb, Missouri or Weston, MO.

Will I Owe Tariffs or Duties on My Order?

On any delivery areas in the United States, you will not owe anything.  As the importer of the goods we sell, we have already paid any applicable taxes or import fees. 

If you are having an order delivered in another country, including Canada, you may have to pay import taxes or fees associated with your country of delivery.  In that event, the shipping carrier may contact you for that payment to complete the import into your destination country.

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free, any reason returns thirty days from the date of the order.  The full return policy is also found on the Returns and Shipping Page.

Where do you get your products?

Directly from the manufacturer or their North American distributor.  Many of the brands we carry are imported from outside of the United States, but we never sell anything that we do not have in stock and ready to ship.

I have multiple coupon/promo codes; can I use them all?

Only one coupon code is valid per order.  The checkout system will only keep the last code that you entered, so be sure to use your best code at that time.
