Are you an authorized retailer?

We are an authorized retailer for all brands that we carry at Oak Manor Fragrances. We work directly with the brands or their distribution agent for the United States. All products are 100% authentic and brand new.

How long will it take to get my order?

We only have products for sale that we have on hand, in stock, and ready to ship. Orders ship within one business day via Standard Shipping and take two to four business days to arrive. UPS Second or Next Day deliveries coincide with those delivery times from UPS. International orders generally take five to ten business days to arrive. Signature may be required on higher value orders.

We strive to provide quick shipping, and most orders will leave here within one business day. Orders received before 1:30 PM Central time Mon-Fri will ship that same day.

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship out of De Kalb, Missouri.

Will I Owe Tariffs or Duties on My Order?

On any delivery areas in the United States, you will not owe anything. As the importer of the goods we sell, we have already paid any applicable taxes or import fees.

If you are having an order delivered in another country, including Canada, you may have to pay import taxes or fees associated with your country of delivery. In that event, the shipping carrier may contact you for that payment to complete the import into your destination country.

What is your return policy?

Generally, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase for new and unopened products. The full return policy is also found on the Returns and Shipping Page.

Because fragrances cannot be resold as new once they have been opened or sprayed, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a factory-fresh bottle that has never been opened or tested. We encourage you to check out our many sample or discovery sets before comitting to a full-sized bottle, or contacting us so we can point you in the right direction. We're happy to help you find your next scent.

Where do you get your products?

Directly from the manufacturer or their North American distributor. Many of the brands we carry are imported from outside of the United States, but we never sell anything that we do not have in stock and ready to ship.

I have multiple coupon/promo codes; can I use them all?

Only one coupon code is valid per order. The checkout system will only keep the last code that you entered, so be sure to use your best code at that time.

I love these soaps

I’m so glad to have found a supplier for these soaps. They are the only soap I’ve found that don’t turn to “mush” after getting used numerous times in a day. These are long lasting too so well worth the money.

Super soap it looks and smells beautiful. It makes a great gift. Super fast shipping.

I had chronic itching (diagnosed as idiopathic urticaria). Besides prescription antihistamine and additional Benadryl for breakthrough itching, I had to use hydrocortisone cream for more localized itching. A friend gave me a soap rock. In a few weeks, I noticed that my skin was not as itchy. I credit the soap. I am decreasing the prescription antihistamine to every other day. So far, so good. I believe that I will be able to stop taking the med in the near future. Also, I love the different colors- so pretty.
